Lynda McLeod

Founder and Principal Consultant with Wadjet Consulting Inc., Lynda brings 25 years of experience as a quality and compliance professional.

Prior to forming Wadjet Consulting Inc., Lynda's progressive career has included working for Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs with Government, pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Prior to her career in consulting, Lynda held various roles in leading organisations such as Solvay Pharma Inc., Bausch & Lomb, and Fujisawa. She served as lead auditor for GMP compliance audits of third party contract solid and parenteral drug manufacturers, packagers, analytical facilities, and warehouse operations.

Lynda graduated from Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology with an Industrial Microbiology Technologist Diploma, and holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degrees from University of Waterloo.

She has served on the Pharmaceutical Science Group (PSG) Board of Directors from 2000, as well as the PSG Update Committee. Lynda is affiliated with the Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA) and the American Botanical Council (ABC).

Kristin Arpin

As an Associate, Kristin has 15 years of experience as an analytical, quality and compliance professional.

Kristin’s career has included bioanalytical chemistry supporting both clinical, non-clinical studies, and quality and compliance functions. Prior to joining Wadjet Consulting Inc., Kristin held various positions with contract research and pharmaceutical companies such as Biovail Contract Research, Apotex, Eli Lilly, and Purdue Pharma. Kristin has extensive experience in leading facility audits, providing regulatory training, technical writing and project management as well as experience in Total Quality Management. Kristin’s experience spans the FDA GLPs and cGMPs as well as the Canadian GMPs.

Kristin has a Specialist Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Toronto with additional course work at Seneca College in HPLC, Industrial Drug Legislation and Project Management.

Kristin has her certification as Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence through the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She is affiliated with the PSG, ASQ and CCSQA.

Susie Nikodemus

As an Associate, Susie brings over 20 years of experience as a quality control and compliance professional.

Susie's career included working in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Compliance with government, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to her joining Wadjet Consulting Inc., Susie held various positions in leading organisations such as Proctor & Gamble and Revlon. Her experience includes validation of test methods, and Technical Writing for Standard Operating Procedures.

Susie graduated from Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology with an Industrial Microbiology Technologist Diploma.

Laura Langer

As a Research Associate, Laura’s career started by conducting research at Women’s College Hospital and the University of Toronto. Her work experience also includes statistical analysis of data, animal ethics protocols, and quality & compliance functions.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science, Honours Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto, and is actively pursuing Graduate Studies in molecular neuronal development. She was the past Vice President of the Psychology and Neuroscience Departmental Association at the University of Toronto (Scarborough ).
